Poor customer service, the old lady was rude? "How come this is not filled out!'this & this!" There there ta help? Not going there again, also messed up on my insurance! Drove around with no insurance for few days.Lucky I went to a different insurance broker, Hubs best place ta go!

It does get busy late afternoons as most other Autoplan agencies are closed. They are not only courteous but mindful of your time.
