I took my diet in as he wasn't able to pee. They kept my dog for 4 days
They were very good to my dog.He quickly became their friend also.
I am extremely happy with the care he received from all of the staff.
They even followed up few days after he was home to be sure he was responding well to his surgery and medicines.
I was even able to go in daily and take my dog for a walk and/or just hang out there with him
Very Happy girl I am.

Quick and efficient staff and a same day appointment for my cat. They are located on the North Shore by total pet so there is lots o parking.
Routine exam went well and the Vet was friendly and discussed options clearly for my cat's teeth.

I've just finished reading the reviews and I would like to share my opinion and experience with others. From time to time we all hear both positive and negative comments about our own personal experiences with physicians surgeons dentists and veteranarians. There are no guarantees that each and every one of us is always going to be satisfied with treatment we or our loved ones receive under the care of professionals. That said, how many of us can conceive a person going through medical school to become a veteranarian, doctor, dentist or surgeon and then open a practice with anything less than honorable intensions...Let's not be so synical.
It is the most devastating experience to lose a loved one or pet, the pain is unimaginable, but I choose to believe that these care providers we put our trust in to treat those we love have the very best intensions and do care... In spite of an outcome that may result in a way we do not ever wish to hear or face. Not one of us is infallible...But we try because we care and continue to learn so we may be better.
Dr. Sharma, his colleagues and the entire staff have demonstrated the utmost professionalism and empathy for my family and all our fur children. In spite of every effort on behalf of Dr. Sharma we have had to face the tragedy of uethanasia, but he cared and he hurt too, more importantly our pets no longer had to suffer...We all cried. Our dog Merlin was treated by Dr. Sharma for liver failure that left him within an inch of his life. We were told to brace for the worst because of the severity of our dog's condition...It was an exposure to an extreme toxic alkaloid in the form of a noxious weed that threatened the life of Merlin. That was December 19 2014... Every measure was taken to treat the condition that Dr Sharma had likely never faced before. On Dec. 24 we received a call from the office giving Merlin the green light to come home for Xmas.
Merlin's liver damage was permanent, but thanks to the dedication and committment on behalf of our vet, we still enjoy our loyal tail wagger.

Called them and were able to get my dog in right away. Unfortunately the prognosis was not good, however the staff and dr were very comforting and made the tragic event a bit easier to cope with. The Dr was very thorough, explained everything step by step and was genuinely sympathetic for our situation. Thank you to the vet and staff

Our cat was boarding at the clinic while we moved to a new city and became very ill. She passed away in their care. I phoned asking about getting a clay paw print done and mailed to us. The clinic called me back later that day saying that the crematory no longer did paw prints - but because they really loved our cat and empathized with our situation, they went to Micheal's and found a clay kit to do a paw print for us and offered to mail it. They also gave us a huge discount on the boarding fee as well as some other things that our kitty needed before she passed. I was extremely impressed with the service this clinic provided. It is clear that very kind and compassionate people work here, who really understand what it's like to lose a pet. Amazing!
