I booked a car with budget on a pretty short notice. I called in early afternoon for an evening pickup. Luckily, this place had a car available. Staff was very friendly and able to answer all my questions. They weren't too pushy with the additional coverage.
My only issue was the hour at which this place closed. Six o'clock isn't the most convenient time, but it seems like the standard in the industry.
Prices are on par with other car rentals in the area too.
