the staff are super awesome, it's my second time here, last year I rented 2016 Grand Cherokee loved it and this year 2017 Jeep Cherokee Compass, Great service especially Ahmad and Jaber there were super awesome, I certainly will come back to this location!!! Thank you very much for your service

Took almost 2 hours from the time my pickup was requested to get me into a vehicle. Didn't have any available vehicles to give me when they brought me to their office. Wish I would have known that so I could cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. Was supposed to get an SUV, but of course they didn't have one. They finally got me a sedan and was told they would call me later that day when an SUV was available. Didn't receive a call that day or the next. I called on the third day to see if I could get a bigger vehicle as my work supplies are transported in large cases that don't fit in the sedan I was given. Still no SUV was available, but was assured I would receive a call later that day when one became available. Again, no call. No effort was made at any time to resolve the issue. The staff was nice enough, it just felt like their hands were tied. Go anywhere else. Uber. Or just walk.

I had to move out of my apartment on Aug 31st and could not move into my new apartment until Sept 1st. I booked a moving truck in advance for the whole evening from this Discount location, along with elevator times at the two apartments, family to help me and time off from work. I booked well in advance given how busy this time of year is and even received a confirmation email on Aug 29th. Twenty minutes before my pick-up time I received a call - they had no truck. In fact they don't keep trucks at this location and call around the night before to see if they can find one (Given it was the September long weekend in a city with 2 universities I could have told them they would never find one). Not only could they not find one that evening but waited until 20min before my pick-up time the next day to call me. When I was understandably upset they pointed out that they did not have to call me *at all* to tell me there was no truck available, it was not Discount's policy to do so - this was a courtesy call they were doing as a favour to me. They were completely unapologetic.

Staff are great they treated me very well. Very impressed with their customer service. Great place to rent a vehicle.
