Amazing place - my Aunt and Uncle stayed here while a family member was in hospital at Queensway Carleton - inside its clean and beautiful and decorated very tastefully. The pool and exercise are are also well done and bright and clean. Staff of Hotel and restaurant were very polite and professional and courteous. The one thing I'd have not made it a 5 stars is the exterior needs to be updated and I'm sure that will happen in time. If I had to get a hotel room in West End of Ottawa I would for sure go here.

Excellent experience staying here. We rented a room for my sons birthday and they all had a great time. The pool is great! Warm water and salt water instead of chlorine. We had Nellie at the front desk and she was amazing!

Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. We loved the warm saltwater pool especially since we had been caught in a thunderstorm during our hike in Gatineau Park. It was nice to come back to the pool to get the 'chill' out. I would recommend this place for sure. Would be nice to have a luggage rack to put our suitcases on rather than the floor but that is a minor inconvenience. Good value for a nice room, quiet, clean and great location

The Best Western Hotel in Bells Corners is in a very convenient location that suits us well. We lived in the area in the past, so it's a bit like coming home and being able to easily go to our favourite restaurants, a great gluten-free bakery and so much more. It's really easy to drive from the hotel to anywhere in the West End of Ottawa. The room was spotless (and I'm so picky!). The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I do recommend booking well in advance if you need a ground floor room.
The Best Western Hotel in Bells Corners is in a very convenient location that suits us well. We lived in the area in the past, so it's a bit like coming home and being able to easily go to our favourite restaurants, a great gluten-free bakery and so much more. It's really easy to drive from the hotel to anywhere in the West End of Ottawa. The room was spotless (and I'm so picky!). The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I do recommend booking well in advance if you need a ground floor room.

This is our second time staying at this property, and the experience was similar both times. Overall, there were no major concerns. The room we had was spacious but could have used a few upkeep items addressed: sticky bathroom door that was difficult to close, bathroom fan didn't work, and the in-room safe didn't appear to work, though we didn't spend very long trying to get it to. We didn't report it to the staff until check-out, as we didn't really need it.
Beds and bathroom were clean and well stocked, and we used the pool a number of times over the three days we were there, and it was good, aside from the slight awkwardness of swimming and playing alongside a swimming lesson class. (?).
I had read a review prior to our stay this time that mentioned the room he stayed in was quite dark, and I would agree with that. We had access directly outside to our vehicle which was very convenient, but unless you left the drapes pulled all the way open, it was very dark inside, and there was no option for sheer curtains to maintain some privacy while letting in the light.
I'm sure we will continue to stay here on future trips as the location is very convenient for us and it has never been a negative experience.
