Ashley and her staff always provide fantastic service. I've been a client for over 3 years and she's provided me with auto, life and renters insurance at very competitive rates and with excellent coverage. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone!

I believe in Loyalty and Supporting businesses in My Community.
After divorce, I needed to find an insurance company.
I met with Ashley personally. I basically interviewed her. She and her employees,
met my expectations far beyond basic.
Interested, tolerant (trust me, I ask a lot of questions!) and welcoming are basic to Her office.
My Husband and I asked many questions that were all answered to our satisfaction. Many combinations of plans were researched and answered for us. A plan that wonderfully fits our lifestyle was offered.
An addition was suggested. Wouldn't have know about it, never heard of it prior......works very well as a very affordable addition. I/we are middle class......we do think about every dollar per month we spend!
As any consumer, my own comparison with other companies were researched.
I have my house, two cars and two motorcycles insured with Ashley. I trust Her and State Farm.
Recall "loyalty and community?" Two other "State Farm Agents" were/are in close
proximity to the Carp ownership and location. I presented as a young single woman, that due to having no insurance history(everything was under my ex's name)
I was considered a high risk. Search individual Agents within the same Company!
The service may be very different.
Ashley Jones, representing "State Farm".......I do believe She and her team could work for any insurance agency, and I would receive the best prices and service!

great service and timely responses. always a pleasure to deal with the lovely Mrs Jones. I know I don't have the cheapest insurance, but I know I'm covered for what matters and wont face surprises. Like they say, you pay for what you get :)
