We have had nothing but top drawer service from the attentive personnel at this branch. In every transaction, ranging from arranging a mortgage, to investments, and including personal and business banking, this is as good as banking gets. Its the people that make the difference. Banks are just a necessary evil.

We banked there for a few years and really loved the atmosphere created by the then manager, Mike Brydges. He, unfortunately gave way to Shonette Whalen, who quite quickly, trashed any goodwill we had toward the bank by her endless shrill whines about us not being able to 'deal with the manager' anymore. She was rude, and not very smart. Recently, I have been waiting THREE and a half months for a simple transfer of some RRSP funds to another bank.
