I wasn't aware that they cooked their steak on Mount Doom. The "medium" steak was a flavorless charcoal block. The tastiest item on the plate was the ketchup.

I always check public reviews of restaurants and hotels. Most of the time the review is right. This time I decided to try even though the review wasn't good to my standard, because of the live jazz music. The music was okay, not fantastic but typical live jazz music. The service was horrible. Never again. The waitress was nowhere to be seen when I'm ready to order hence taking long time to have just sushi and a beer. She was busy talking to young patrons and we were ignored most of the time. A restaurant inside 4-star hotel doesn't give you a 4-star rating by itself. You have to train your servants and workers properly. In my opinion she doesn't deserve to be working in the service industry.

Went here for lunch last week. The service was great, but the food wasn't very good. We added chicken to our $12 salad. The chicken was probably a day old and super dry. Also, to add chicken to a salad was $8. That's insane.

Abysmal service made for an extremely frustrating evening out. The jazz music, while lively and well-performed, is very loud.
