Very disappointed with the dreadful service on our last visit. The young lady didn't appear to have a clue about drinks. Said there was Kingfisher beer then came back and said there wasn't - and walked away without waiting to see what we would like instead. My husband ordered a Beau's and was brought a Coors Light. We had 3 guests with us so it was extremely embarrassing.

Very nice meal. I dine a la carte with special requests on content. The chef is very versatile and prepared dishes special attention to detail. Always a nice low key and unhurried service allowing me to savour my food without a rush

I use to love this place until I went in for my fourth visit, saw a teenager size cockroach walk around the stainless steel area and climbing up the hard plastic masking the food on the buffet 😳
I called for the hostess/server, she went to get the cook/manager in charge. I pointed the cockroach to him, he flicked it on the floor and stepped on it. My friend and I, put our plates down and walked out.
I have never experienced this before.
If you see one cockroach...that means there’s a herd near by! No thanks.

We have also eaten at this restaurant for years, since the "Haveli" days. It used to be an excellent buffet. Since rebranding (in name only) as Urban Tandoor, the food quality has fallen. Last buffet was about half the selection; the dishes were dry/overcooked; service was non-existent; and the ladies' room was not clean, looked like it wasn't cleaned regularly. Yuck. Very sad. Urban Tandoor, you could at least make it look like you want business - how old are those incredibly uncomfortable chairs?

We have eaten here once every 6 months or so, ever since it was Haveli's. It is usually decent food however our last meal was not. A couple of the dishes were not even touched and much was thrown out. It was very disappointing as the meal was not cheap.
