We first came to Queensway West after adopting an older dog with separation anxiety in 2014. We moved to another city after a year and missed this place! I am glad we are back as I have always had a great experience here. We bring our dog and our cat and the prices are better than our last vet. I have always found a great balance between price and care here, and Dr. Morrison is so great with our cat when she is nervous. She gets down on the floor to examine her while she is hiding in her carrier to coax her out slowly and talks to her in a baby voice. All the techs we have seen have been great too. We saw Dr. Duns for our dog recently when she was having some vomiting and he was great and didn't go straight to expensive unnecessary tests, which I liked a lot.

I've never felt so confident with a veterinarian hospital. The support staff are helpful and caring, and the vets themselves are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to follow up on inquiries about your pet's care. I do find them a little bit more expensive than what I have previously paid but that could be the normal increase of prices over the years; I don't know. What I do know is that I always feel like my animals have been well cared for and I wouldn't risk taking their care elsewhere. Also, important to me, the clinic is clean and smells good. thanks QWAH team!

I brought in my 10 month old kitten and they quoted $715.49 to get her declawed and get her shots! I ended up going down the road for a cheaper price.

I am a completely satisfied customer of QAH. My GSD and I have been using their services since 2008. The 1st visit was an emergency - QAH took us in even though we were not yet a customer minutes before closing to help us. Help requiring hours not minutes. Since then we have been through two ACL surgeries and all the normal needs - they - all staff were and are great - I recommend them highly and challenge anyone to find fault in them - all I've ever experienced is professional, friendly, caring, and understanding staff. They are all you and your pet will ever need.

Not only are staff members very congenial, they are all knowledgeable. Your pet is warmly greeted and then receives first class care. Our Golden Retriever has been treated here for all of his 8 years. He recently had surgery for cyst removal and tooth extraction. Dr. Steven Duns and the attending technicians are superb practicians. I trust them completely to treat and prescribe all necessary medications for Baxter.
You can feel confident that your pet has received the best care available.
