When you walk in the door the sense of warmth is amazing.
The people are kind happy and you FEEL so welcome.
I have thoroughly enjoyed Laura. She made me feel like a family member.
This facility holds such caring personal.
Definitely a 5 star experience.

Beautiful professional office. Dr.Mah completed my procedure with little to no discomfort would definitely recommend to anyone who needs medical procedures done.

A new clinic in Kelowna staffed with very experienced doctors and technicians who are the best in their respective fields. The amazing new space makes you feel like you are somewhere between a spa and a medical clinic. They have the top of the line equipment for all of the services they provide, from Botox, Laser Peels, Skin Cancer Screening, Acne treatments, BBL, Laser Hair removal, Varicose Vein treatment (they have a surgery room on site) and the only clinic in town to have Ulthera, the best skin tightening treatment on the market. They have two CoolScuplting machines (freezes fat off that is resistant to diet and exercise), which is unique to Kelowna as well, cutting treatment time in half! The staff is incredible and will be gentle, kind and understanding of any condition. Some conditions can be delicate in subject matter and this clinic provides a safe and warm environment in which to feel safe and confident. I highly recommend this new centre which is reminiscent of clinics I have been to in bigger centres like Vancouver and Calgary.

Looked at different facilities online and skin restore came out the best. I went for a diagnosis on some spots and lumps. Saw doctor J/L who was totally professional. Explains everything and why. Wonderful facility friendly people. If you were thinking of going to someone for skin problems this is the place to go. If it's a bit it of a drive for you it will be worth it.
