I am grateful to the forces that pulled me to the Bodyshop! I have been learning and working out now with my fantastic trainer (TROY!!) for just under a month and I can SEE results already! I am 50 - it's just never too late! I surprise myself each and every workout! Everyone there is so motivating, so friendly and just a really great group of people who care! I HIGHLY recommend dropping in to see what they are all about!

Straight up first class coaching and the facility is exemplary
