Friendly and Clean with lots of equipment and variety of fitness classes, personal and group training sessions. Squash, Racquetball, Walleyball, Tennis and an amazing yoga studio. Full compliment of professional personal trainers, RMT, Athletic Therapist and Kinesiologists. This is a great full service club. Hot tubs, Steam Rooms, Dry Sauna, Towel Service and more.

I have just joined the gym and found that there are a lot of options. I like the fact that you can play squash here. The workout facility is quite big with a lot of options.
The staff is very friendly and do a great job at the front.
