Good overall gym. Clean not overly crowded. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of the whey isolate wasn't really an isolate for the protein shake.

Went to this gym for YEARS before I became a trainer and started working here - love how big and clean it is plus all the staff and members are amazing!

Excellent gym with lots of equipment, it's not too busy and they have very friendly staff!

So I don't live in Kelowna anymore, but when I did - this is the only place I go. I love that they have a female friendly area, and honestly the staff are the best. The front staff never have that typically "Kelowna gym" snarkiness, and are always smiling/inviting. And the classes that I have gone to have been amazing. Its my West Kelowna fitness centre.

Amazing staff, from the front end, to staff, to managers they are all so considerate and friendly. No contracts means you get to enjoy a spacious gym without having to worry about life happening, and paying a cancellation fee. Could use a couple more squat racks, but overall they are usually open anyways.
