Good, clean studio with nice decor. Cool instructors, and option for TRX and fitness classes to diversify yourself if you so choose. Unlike some hot yoga studios which can become very stuffy and hard to breathe in during class, this one has a tall ceiling and seems to have good air circulation. That's my personal favourite distinction of this studio. Beyond that, it's like any other quality yoga studio - fun instructors, variety of classes, good tunes on the stereo, good vibes all around. The parking situation isn't the best, especially with construction going on in the area. However, if you're willing to make a 2 minute walk there's plenty of decent parking closeby.
