I started practicing at the hot box at the beginning of January and I was so welcomed into the studio that I have not left since! I joined their karma staff program and was shown further love and support by the amazing instructors and fellow karmas. The different class types and different training of the instructors keeps your practice fun and a growth experience.

Hot Box Yoga, best place to practice in Kelowna! The teachers are so welcoming and accommodating to all levels of yogis. The studio is beautiful and the perfect temperature. Enough to get a good sweat on, but not to turn into a puddle (haha). At the end of each class you get a cool lemon grass towel, which is just the icing on the cake. If you're in Kelowna you must stop by Hot Box!

The Hot Box has transformed my yoga practice and my state of wellbeing to new and higher vibrations. The teachers are well educated and enormously helpful and compassionate; each of their souls radiating a special kind of beauty. The community and the peaceful atmosphere has created a haven away from home for me ✨

I have been coming to the Hot Box yoga for 3 years before joining the karma team. I love this place❤ great instructors and a Warm and Friendly place to enjoy a yoga class or 2. It has helped in so many areas of my life. Great for the soul is yoga. Thank you Chris and Sara and the rest of

Honestly, this place is great. I've been to a few of the spots around Kelowna, and there is something about the Hot Box that just seems to keep me coming back. I think it's the personal touches, the great staff at the front desk to chat with before class, the lemon grass towels at the end of class, or having someone play live guitar all practice while you melt into your body.
Very impressed, and I wish the best for the team. Will continue to be a customer for years to come. :)
