Friendly, knowledgable and talented staff! Always great service and great results. Dr. Bentley is very intelligent and more importantly willing to share her knowledge with her patients. She takes the time to answer all questions and is very informative and open in regards to all the various procedures and treatments available, and which ones are appropriate for each individual circumstance. Highly recommend this clinic and all the staff!

I have been going to Lakeshore Vein and Aesthetics for tattoo removal, each time I call to book an appointment I am treated professionally and promptly! Their email confirmation system makes it easy to confirm your appointment and offers a reminder just in case! As tattoo removal is a multi treatment procedure I have attended the clinic 5 times.
The office always has parking available, a clean and bright reception area and friendly smiles when you walk through the door. The treatment rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy and staff are prompt to appointment times to get you in and treated efficiently. Dr. Bentley is incredibly knowledgable about the procedures and medications used in their clinic and takes the time to explain things well to ensure you understand what is going to happen.
Stephanie performed my procedure and was upbeat, bubbly and professional, making me feel at ease throughout my treatment.
All in all I would strongly recommend Lakeshore Vein and Aesthetics to my friends and family and will continue my treatments there knowing I am in good hands.

I used to love visiting this clinic until recently. The last three visits here have been very unfavorable. The previous two I felt that I was being treated poorly by the staff and honestly was quite surprised and second guessed my feelings. I called in a made a complaint in regards to a particular staff member because I felt her boss should be aware of the circumstance and my concerns. On my last visit i was treated very poorly both by the doctor herself and the entire staff! I felt like I was on an episode of Mean Girls as I walked out and the girls were all standing behind the counter glaring at me and whispering. It was obvious to me that I was being shamed because I was not particularly happy with a previous service and called in to make them aware of my concerns. I was never rude to anyone nor did I make an extreme complaint. It was a simple "I think you should know" I will never go back to this facility or will ever refer anyone to come here. Such a shame to be so unprofessional.

I have been working with Duane Bentley, Dr. Janna Bentley, and the Lakeshore Vein & Aesthetics Clinic back and forth over the past 6 months and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They are always responsive and quick to reply to any questions I might have and have some of the best communication and customer service out there.
Visiting their nice medical centre in Kelowna I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, experience and cleanliness that they offer. All I can say is if you are looking for expert physicians and nurses who truly care about the people they serve and work with then you need to reach out to the Lakeshore Vein & Aesthetics Clinic team because there is no other team like them.

Dr Bentley is very knowledgeable and kind. She provides accurate care and doesn't rush into treatments; making a thorough assessment first. She does excellent work: cosmetically she is very proficient (my wife will attest); and her medical skin and vein understanding and technical ability is exceptional. She pays attention to detail and I trust her. I recommend seeing Dr. Bentley if you have either cosmetic treatment interests, or medical necessity for treatment of any skin or vein condition.
