They are awesome! Always taking great care of my Kitties Bonnie, and Clyde. They are very accommodating with scheduling as it's a couple hour drive for me. They also have great rates. I highly recommend them. 😻 You can tell that they love animals, and I feel very safe leaving my kitties with them.

THEY KILLED OUR DOG!!! I brought my dog in for an abscessed tooth, my dog had not eaten much for about 12-15 hours and had a bit of a swollen face from his tooth. It was Sunday so our regular vet was not available. I took him into Asher Road Animal Hospital. Dr Kular said he needs to be put on IV for 24 hours then get reassess to see if he's stable but could possibly need to be on IV and stay at the vet for 48 hours. I wasn't very comfortable with leaving my dog there over night for one night let alone 2 nights since he'd never been in a kennel or left alone overnight. But I'm not a vet and wanted what's best for my dog so I left him in Dr. Kular's care. On Monday my fiancé called our regular vet (Rutlant Pet Hospital) and asked if they would do the same treatment. They said there was no reason he should be there overnight. That they would simply have given my dog antibiotics which we could administer from home. If surgery was needed then one would be scheduled. My fiancé then went back to Dr Kular and took our dog away. He hopped on 3 legs to the car, wouldn't put any weight on the leg that had the IV stuck into it. Once home my fiancé carried him inside and put him on his bed. He laid there and didn't move. He even pooped on his bed which he's never done. Then he got up to the middle of the floor and laid down. I came home from work a few hours later. The dog barely lifted his head when I came in. His entire leg that had the IV in it was completely swollen from tips of toes right into his shoulder. He was breathing quickly and shallow then tensing up in pain about 5 times/minute. He even peed himself! He wasn't getting any better so we rushed him to the 24 hour emergency vet. They said he had a really high fever. That there's no reason his leg should be swelled up. They put him on IV to get his fever down so we had to leave him there. At 6am I get a phone call saying my dog isn't doing good and his blood pressure is rapidly dropping and not responding to medication. They asked if they could do blood work to see if there's something internally wrong, I said yes. Dr. Kular had done blood work on Sunday and everything came up fine. They then phoned me 15 mins later to say my dog's declining rapidly he's no longer responding to light or sound, he's on life saving medication and oxygen and has pooped a bloody stool. My fiancé and I rush to the vet and my dog is laying there in so much pain his eyes are still and almost look deflated. The vet says there's nothing more she can do. His breathing is so strained his blood pressure is almost flat. We ended up having to put our dog down. All this from abscessed tooth?!?!?! Dr Kular killed our dog DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If you love your pet do not bring him here under any circumstances. He just cares about the money not the well being of the animal!

I took my havanese to Asher road animal hospital couple years ago when I was very worried about his health. The amazing people at the animal hospital saved my dog, were very caring and fair. Thank you 😊
