I was hoping to find a great dentist with relocating back to Kingston. I was referred to Dr. Craig through a friend.
First couple of times were great but then I started to see the service (in my opinion lacking in quality.) I had a filling put in and within 6 hours it broke. I did some "do it yourself" dentistry until I had to see Dr. Craig in 2 weeks. When I told him his response was "you did a good job at smoothing it?" on my "do it myself" dentistry fix. Not "book an appointment, let's fix that, no apology" just a remark such as that? I would like to say my tooth still need fixing. I was booked for my next cleaning, and a quote for veneers, not an appointment to fix my tooth? I would also like to say I am both a nail biter and grinder...from my research - both do not respond well to veneers.
If I am so great at doing my own dentistry - guess there is no need for this dentist!

The staff is friendly. However, as a grad student if you received a call from the Front Desk reminding you that your insurance has renewed encouraging you to make an appointment, do not assume that they are aware of the RWAM policy for Queen's students. Make sure you contact RWAM yourself, or track your dental work history to ensure how much coverage you have left before agreeing to get the work done.

I was really scared when i was reading the review msgs. Although, i was deep in pain but still take a risk and went to Dr. Craig clinic. . . So far so good, i love the way they treat. . . Very polite and caring :) I love the service . . .Two weeks later, i will have another wisdom tooth to go out . . . Hopefully, it would be the same :)

My husband and I have been going to Dr David Craig's office for probably 8 years now..Both of us dislike being at the dentist but the experiences we have had are amazing...
1. The reception staff are so friendly, sharing of themselves which is a big comfort for us..
2.. The hygenists, assistants, and nurses are also able to relax you and make feel comfortable. They are all smiling and chat with you.
3. Dr Craig is so patient with me as I am such a wimp..He really makes me feel that my situation is only his which gives one confidence in him His gentle ways in conversation and work makes him the best in Kingston in my opinion and Dons

I've been with this office for 13 plus years. I'm proud to work in this office and love the great team/family atmosphere that we create. We believe that all patients should be treated like family and offer the best service and all options just like we would for those we love the most. We have 3 dentist on staff and 3 hygienist to suit all your dental needs.
