I've been attending here for a little over a year and advanced three belts. I'm mostly here for my health and I'm much happier here than going to a gym. The instructors are extremely helpful and friendly. Wonderful place.

Great attitude from instructors, and a real focus on doing your personal best. They teach you effective and fun defence techniques with a real focus on fitness.

Great fitness program. Now I am fit and able to defend myself. They trained me well enough that I got a silver in my last competition. Some of the other clubs worry more about form and forget about the fitness. Dan makes sure you get both
