My experience at Moksha was soothing and rejuvenating but also sweaty and strengthening. The heated moksha classes are best for a good workout, classes with music best for relaxation, and pilates for muscle strengthening. The studio is also very clean and upscale which makes the environment a perfect place for yoga / meditation practice. Although it may be expensive to buy small class passes they often have sales at certain times of the year and hold discounted price classes for charity.

It was my first time doing hot yoga and I loved it. The facility was clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

My favourite yoga studio in town. The instructors are welcoming and remember your name, and the space is beautiful. I really enjoy Janna's classes with music and I am also looking forward to trying some different classes as well!

Love this studio particularly the 4:30 class, it gets me out of work and is a great way to finish my day. The instructors are knowledgeable and so positive. This studio has a wonderful atmosphere that starts with being greeted at the door.

It's such a beautiful clean inviting facility & the staff and volunteers are very friendly & welcoming. I absolutely love the predictability of the Moksha sequence. I have so many other constantly changing variables in my life that it's nice to know exactly what I am coming into when I book a class - its like the good friend you can always depend on. The consistency of the class sequence helps me to stay very present & focused internally - I'm not having to constantly think about where my limbs are going to have to wind up next. This helps from a meditative perspective but also reduces risk of injury as I'm able to be very focused on what I am doing and aware of my level of exertion in every move I make while still being able to let go and enjoy the class (I value this from a professional standpoint as a nurse in injury prevention but also from a personal perspective as I have a condition in one of my hips that requires me to be extra careful to avoid injury). The consistency also allows me to really see my progress from class to class which encourages me to keep coming back to the mat and continue to challenge myself. Thanks so much for creating this wonderful space!
