This is the second and last time i'm coming to this clinic. The first time i booked a free consultation offered on their website a month ago; I added the info i needed to that request. When i came to that appointment i waited 40 mins to get in, and then apparently it wasn't a consultation at all, they booked me for a microderm without informing me. The aesthetician checked with the front desk, and kinda blamed me that i wasn't clear enough on my request for free consultation. How exactly i wasn't clear by filling up the standard form on their website. I decided to let it slide and stay for the appointment, since the aesthetician gave me some info anyway, but the medical nurse never even examined my skin. Today i went for my appointment at 3:15, arriving a little bit early like i always do. I sat and waited for 20 mins, and at 3:32 i asked the front desk how much longer, she said it's gonna be any minute now, so i asked is it really any minute or another 15 mins, she answered that it's been only 15 mins and she can't tell me for sure how much longer it's going to take. She also mentioned that the aesthetician running late today in her appointments, but they didn't bother to call and inform me. NOT ONLY SHE LIED ABOUT ANY MINUTE NOW, SHE ALSO UNDERMINED THE IMPORTANCE OF THE 30 MINS THAT I WAITED BEFORE I CHOSE TO LEAVE. Funny how they sign every costumer that if they not showing up or rescheduling their appointment on time then they have to pay a fine because the clinic booked certain time for that appointment, well how about my time? 30 mins for me is a lot of time to waste waiting.

I have had several laser treatments there with excellent results. I also had Belkyra which was very effective, but ensure that you allow sufficient downtime. I had it the Friday before I was taking a week off work and I am really glad that I had the week for the swelling to go down. Allow for a good three days out of public view, then ideally a week before being seen up close by anyone important. There is quite a bit of swelling and bruising, though the bruising can be hidden with concealer. Well worth it, though! Great staff and facility.

Wow! I am VERY impressed. I have been to a few places, but when I walked into Kingston Laser & Cosmetic Clinic I knew immediately I was in the right place. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and the staff that greeted me were friendly & professional. During my initial consultation I was listened to, important to me, and then we discussed, in detail, the plan needed to achieve the results I was interested in. When I did come back for my treatment, again, I was very impressed. Very professional, efficient & I felt comfortable that I was putting myself in the hands of expert care. I have told all of my friends and family about Kingston Laser & Cosmetic Clinic and I feel very comfortable in recommending them to anyone looking for a safe, clean & professional environment. You will not be disappointed!

I have only wonderful things to say about this clinic. There professionalism and procedures exceeded my expectations. Having never received treatments before, they guided me through every step of the way, made me feel comfortable and confident to proceed with treatments they suggested. I am now a life long customer.
