I have used this company in the past and have been pleased with their service. We bought a hot tub which they were not able to install due to accessibility which they were made aware of when we purchased it. Since they assumed they would be able regardless of our warning and showed up, realized they would not be able to, they ate the cost and paid for a crane to hoist it over our house. We've had them move and level our pool table twice. My latest experience was very poor. We are looking to install a pool and met with their employee on site to go over location and measurements. After meeting we never heard back from him. We tried repeatedly to contact employee we met with only to be ignored each time. If you don't want the job at least come back with an inflated price, or better yet just say you're too busy at the moment.....

I called St Lawrence Pools after a recommendation from a friend as I had recently moved and needed my pool table rebuilt and levelled. They responded to me with an appointment within the date ranges that I requested. They worked around my schedule and let me know when they were on their way. I was provided with quality service and would use this company again in the future.

i switched from another company. Being a new pool owner i know very little. I am always surprised at how much each staff member knows about the products and processes involving pool care. They have certainly worked hard for my business and I appreciate it every time I walk in the door. Thanks!

The young staff are eager to help out and if they don't know the answer, they will find it for you. Ok, the old guys are good too. I have a Hydropool spa and they have been very patient with me while I rebuild it to its former glory. After checking prices online, I find the convenience of their location preferred and they have an excellent return policy if you buy the wrong product!

Great experience. We purchased lovely Cabana Coast Patio furniture - 4 chairs and a sofa as well as a dining set and umbrella. We were pleasantly surprised when the order came in a bit early and was delivered in time for the long weekend. The delivery guys were great, very pleasant, polite and respectful. The furniture looks great and seems good quality, the cushions - Sunbrella fabric and well made. We've made good use of it so far and are very happy with our purchase. Thanks Mike and staff at Kingston store.
