Horrible service and dishonest practises. Watch out for outstanding fees during the payment, namely concession recovery fee. I hope I never need to go there again

As many others have said before. Make a reservation for a car, go to pick it up, only to find out there is non available. I spoke with the counter person and they told me that there was nothing he can do.
How about this company stop accepting reservations if there is no cars available to rent? I'm more then sure this budget location has a way of saying no more reservations, they just choose not to, that or there too lazy to go pick up a car from another location.
They deserve to have there store closed down or some kind of fine for wasting everyone's time.
Save yourself the trip, go to the Waterloo location or better yet Discount rentals.

Just crazy place to rent a car. They charge overpriced for nothing, in addition, staff are rude and unprofessional.

I've rented from this location a few times, never had a problem with staff or billing. The staff was always courteous and got me driving away in a timely manner.
They do not have very many vehicle options here, but what they do offer is good value for the cost. 😊
