The service was pleasant from all level of the staff in that center, however I was so puzzled the total cost of the service at the end

To the comment below about higher pricing and being left having to pay out of pocket, it is your responsibility to simply ask them to submit an predetermination to your insurance company. This would have avoided not knowing. It is always a good idea to do before any procedure .

Overall, a good dentist office for children.
An unpleasant surprise for me was to learn that they use a specialist price schedule. All invoiced prices where higher than Ontario dental association general practitioner fee guide. As a result, I was left with a few hundred dollars of out-of-pocket expenses, while normally my insurance would cover 100% of the bill.
I would have appreciated for the clerk to tell me that they use this higher price schedule before the procedures.

One of the best dentist for kid. Our 4 years old daughter has had a very traumatic experience with our previous dentist, and she was crying when we were only talking about a dentist.
Now after a year and a half with Dr Krista Baier, every visit is expected with joy!
