Worst gym in KW hands down. Charged me for months after I quit and took even longer to pay me back. Chuck is a snake and a scam artist, do not trust anything he says. Gym will be closed as of Wednesday March 1st, good riddance.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, however, I feel that I have no choice. I quit 4 months ago and I'm still being billed on my card. I've been in to see Chuck the owner and he was very nice. He said he would return my payments, but, that didn't happen. Too bad he doesn't understand how that type of behavior hurts business.

DO NOT GO HERE. I was a member at this gym for several years and have never any problems but for the last year I and other people I signed up have been over charged, in addition to double payments - NOT the price I had signed a contract for. The owner Chuck is a total scammer. When confronted about this problem he said that he would look into and call back but has not. He said he looked for the contract but unfortunately it's no where to be found all of a sudden. Also, said that I was not in the system when he tried looking me up. Would not recommend coming to this gym.

I've never had any problem at this gym. I can always be sure there will be machines to use as it is never crowded. It's open 24 hours so I can go anytime. There is always new equipment coming in and the owner is always helpful.

A bunch of Crooks! After 2 weeks of using there horrible equipment I cancelled my membership. 3 months after I left I noticed they had been taking the payments out of my account. It took me 2 weeks and numerous attempts just to get my money back. 2 months following that i noticed they were still taking money out. When i confronted the owner (Charles the SCAM artist), he handed me a post dated cheque! He told me that he forgot to add a letter to my name(big joke). 1 month after (just yesterday) I look at my account and......THEY DID IT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!. At this time I go to collect and he cant even pay me back! This scam artist gives me a hand full of change, and is still $5 dollars short. PLEASE stay away from this place and the rip off artist that owns it. Currently pursuing legal action against them....
