The guy did my hair a few times I really like the service the first time so I kept going. The third or forth time I was there he thinned my hair! I never asked him to do that and he ruined my hair (My hair is past my butt).
Then he told me next time I make an appointment to make it for the end of his shift and he could take me for drinks and maybe show me the backseat of his car.
not only is that unprofessional but he's married with 3 kids!!!!!!. I'll never go back and I tell everyone I know not to go there.

I brought my mom here for a spa pedicure for her birthday. We had a lovely time. I found the entire staff very friendly. The pedicure itself was soothing and the aestheticians were very pleasant. We also did some waxing and I was pretty pleased with how it turned out.

I showed the stylist exactly what I wanted and she said she would be able to do it no problem but not get the exact blonde because my hair is auburn so it is hard to achieve white blonde, I paid almost $250 to get the exact same hair colour I came in with and not even a shade difference... she told me this is the colour she told me she was going to get but it was literally no difference and I had explained to her that if it wasn't going to make a difference not to do it and she insisted I would see a difference. I do not recommend going to this salon, it is a waster of time and money, I sat there for 4 hours to leave with no change.

High price for a mediocre cut I could get anywhere. Kind shallow staff to add. But it's in a mall, so shopping after is good.

Went in as a walk in needed my hair cut for a wedding, the guy messed up my facial hair when he tried to touch it up, and when he did my hair he had to go over it multiple times. Was not happy with the service, now I have to try to go elsewhere before the wedding.
