Our visit ended up costing us more than they had quoted us at ... they kept adding things that our dog needed, which was a little bit of an annoyance but the quality of care and attention our (dog) Tucker got was worth the five stars. They asked a lot of questions and were very detailed with his care and treatment. Our dog is a rescue from an abusive person and they treated him so well, answered all my questions and were a joy to deal with. We have two other pets we will be bringing to BCAH just because of how caring they treated our dog. It's hard to find a veterinarian who doesn't see dollar signs when an animal walks in. I highly recommend them :)

The vets are wonderful. The staff is amazing and you don't get better service anywhere else... I've looked.

I had an appointment at 9:30 Nov 9th, the only one in the building with 4 staff. I made a very specific appointment as I have a rather busy day running an IT department. They had computer issues "updating their system" ... needless to say I asked after a 15 minutes (on the dot , not 5 and it felt like 15) and asked if they are prepared to meet their appointment schedule.

Smarmy answer later about computer issues, well my cat is not a computer you can do the exam and then use pen and paper. I also found one staff member was trying to help and others were putting her down; I was deeply offended by the other staff members.

The vet on staff was more concerned about her own dog than clients.

Note: Customers (me) make every effort to respect your time as a business. You need to respect our time.

Sending them an invoice for my manager time at commercial rates, 300 bucks and if not paid likely put it to collections. Same as if I missed the appointment and they billed me.

Taking my business elsewhere , I have been a client for a few years with two cats but lately with the new vet the service levels have DECLINED. I do not recommend.
