Harley and his staff always keep me educated and are always there to help wether it be a forgotten insurance paper I've needed email to keeping updated on changes to policies and how I may be affected. Been with them for quite some time had one claim and it was handled well.

After many years with another insurance agent we ran into several problems with them and felt a real lack of good customer support. Harley Phillips-State Farm insurance not only solved our problems but gave us an excellent rate. In addition the agent is always sharing good recommends to improve our policies.

JJ did a great job helping me out with my new vehicle insurance and got me a great deal (much better than anyone else in lethbridge)! Also super helpful with extra paperwork and documents I asked about. 5*
