I have never had such poor service.
This place used to be my favorite I have been a regular for years.
The last 2 time I have gone the service and food has been terrible. The waitress argued with me over a salad I didn't want ans then The bomber nachos I ordered the waitress also argued with me about stating that the lack of toppings is what come on it I then asked her for a menus instead of arguing. Even after looking at the menus and talking to the kitchen she insisted that it was the $20 nachos In order when it was actual there 11.99 regular mach. I then waited over 45 minutes for my food at which point I asked to speak to the manager. Who then tried to brush it off. I wasted over an hour and left there still hungry.
I am so upset with the lack of customer service.
I have bee a waitress for th last 6 years this is just unacceptable. I will not be returning to this place. It was once my favorite but the lack of customer service a quality of food has made it clear I will not be going back period.

Excellent food and it's very affordable. I've been there countless times and always enjoy it. Great service too.

Fast and friendly service in a traditional Mexican atmosphere. The food is fantastic, best Mexican in London. Great section with of authentic and new world. Can get busy so call and make a reservation.

Great food at a good price. Have told many people to try this restaurant and I have never heard a complaint. Friendly staff. Never had a problem getting a table without a reservation. Had a birthday dinner here with 10 people but we did have a reservation for that size and they were very accommodating and the food came out pretty quickly for a group that size.
