BAD Service. Never considered them since they are expensive, however, our company got some coupon so I tried once with them.
Before I reserve online, I called them to check if they can pick me from my home, on Proudfoot lane, the guy confirmed because I'm within 5 miles from their site. "Sounds good" and I made the reservation, however, somehow they didn't ask me about my address and I'm confused, then I called them again in order to let them know where to pick me.
The lady who pick the phone is rude and sounds like I don't matter at all. "Nah we aren't going to pick you we don't have enough stuff to do this". I told her I just called them and a guy confirmed the policy with me and she sounds impatient and just repeating the words above.
Unpleasant experience and I feel no respect from them.
Edit: And they charge $50 for cancellation fee! So, anyone see this post, be careful!

I called Budget to pick up the car on Monday 7 (4 days later than I had booked by Expedia.ca) to see if we could save some money, they told me that it was ok to do it, as they'd hire the car during those days, and when I picked up the car they charged me 1.135.11$ instead of 1,027.67$.
This means 107.44$ more for fewer days.
The people in Buget office insist on telling me that they can not do anything about it. After a week they told me to complain Budget or Expedia as they won't do anything.

Wish I could give 0 stars!! Charged me an extra $141 for being late, when they were the ones that closed!! How do you know I was late if you were closed!! When I did drop the car off before the scheduled drop off???

Great cars and good service! They got me out of a bind on the spot (which another rental company had caused). Car was well maintained, rental price actually lower than other places and I will definitely be renting again from them. They could however update they're main office, which is very dated. But ne'er judge a boom by its cover!
