Worst experience ever. I ended up paying more than double the price they told me at first. And I only got 4 days worth of kilometers allowance but I rented the vehicle for 5 days. Do not rent from these guys they are not worth your business

Avoid them, the lady is not professional at all + i have so many friends that told me to avoid them but i didn't take their advises !! She had cars in the parking but told she cant give me any car!

So I made the mistake of paying online for a rental, let me be clear nowhere on there site in the sections you see when renting do these crooks state you will be charged an additional 350 security hold on your card. I checked my card and made sure I had room for the rental, all was good payed the fees and then when I call to make sure everything is good I get this information. This is a disgusting way of doing business. I tried my hardest to work with them but they were not willing to make common sense modifications. I suggested taking the remaining amount off my card to equal the 350....nope, I said I can easily pay the entire rental 5x times over in cash or debit....nope I tied everything to savage the rental they were not able or willing to try. To not inform people of this charge or hold is garbage business IMO and I am shocked that today people operate like this and are unwilling to accomplish the same exact thing just in a different manner.

Unreasonable manager, but the other guy was okay. The manager was belligerent with my husband when disputing an unreasonable additional charge of $200 when we returned the car with a small amount of dog hair. The charge is not listed in the rental contract and we were never told beforehand that there would be a $200 cleaning charge. We will never rent from Budget/Avis again. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

In the three times I've been in this location, these jokers have had trumped up charges for three different people. Thankfully simply contacting Avis Budget group complaints solved my issues, but be prepared to fight for every penny with these jokers.
