Dr. Paliani and his staff are truly dedicated to delivering excellence in all they do, from my initial consultation through to the final reveal, I can honestly and confidently recommend them to our family and friends as one of the most highly qualified, personable and dedicated professional offices in London.

I have been a patient of Dr. Paliani for more than 20 years. I think he is well trained and continues to attend courses to keep current. I have an inherent fear of dentists. When I went to him the first time I had a very old three tooth bridge on the front three upper teeth and wanted to see if he could improve the look of it. I had heard good things about him. I went and when he asked what I didn't like about my (then) current bridge, I told him and he assured me he could improve each issue I discussed. He came through for me with flying colours! I got a brand new smile and have been smiling ever since! I recently had to have the bridge replaced (after having it for almost 20 years) and once again, he did a phenomenal job! I wasn't happy with it at first, thinking it was a bit crooked with a tiny gap on one side. I called, went back and he replaced it with a new shiny one that is straight. Yes, Dr. Paliani, is not the least expensive dentist you will find but the quality of his work is excellent, he stands by his work, he has state of the art equipment and great "bed side manor"! I went from needing sedation for dental work, to not even needing freezing! Now, I fall asleep in the chair while he does the work on my teeth. I think he is a fabulous dentist.

For anyone who is considering cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Bruno is the person to consult. Historically, I felt intensely insecure about my smile, clenching my jaw and smiling with a closed mouth, avoiding the camera and overall, feeling unable to express myself because I was embarrassed and self conscious about my teeth. Dr. Bruno was sensitive to my insecurities and presented (with utmost expertise) my options. In the end, I followed through with his recommendations for invisalign and 4 porcelain veneers. Since then, I have been to two different dental offices in Toronto, in which my dental work was outright marvelled over! Professionals alike wondered who had done this beautiful work! Furthermore, one of my veneers was damaged (of no fault to Dr.Bruno) and I called his London office in panic. Despite his busy schedule, he called me that evening to set me at ease. Since then, he has reassuringly, painlessly, and affordably, corrected my veneer.
Dr. Bruno and his staff are personable and professional at all times. His office functions like a well oiled machine. It is clean, bright, open. Patients are dispersed thoughtfully and systematically so that all procedures are timely and patient centred. He is absolutely reassuring during procedures so that each step is as comfortable and painless and possible. Dr Bruno's practice goes well beyond dentistry and money. He strives to recognize each patients needs and truly cares about the outcome. Due to Dr. Bruno's expertise, my quality of life is overall improved.
