Recently started with Dr. Martin and he is certainly very thorough with his patients. My husband and I are quite pleased with his dedication and follow-ups after tests etc.

Dr luke is an evil doctor.
She is extremely rude.
Honestly almost killed me.
I am 24 years old and she couldn't diagnose me with anything so she prescribed me pro ton pump inhibitors. Told her they were not working she told me to double up....
I went to my pharmacist and he told me she's crazy. Someone young like me should not ever be even touching those pills.
Please do not ever go to her.
She should be locked up and put in jail.
I hate her so much. I cant believe people like her actually go out in the real world everyday and put on a name tag the says. DOCTOR.

Ive been going since i was born my doctor here was the one that was my moms doctor for when i was born and things have just kept going more and more downhill in probably the last 10 years, koudys has been there soo long thay she kinda just lets you diagnose yourself (if you think you have the flu she will just agree) but the nurses that take her place when shes not there and im assuming are going to be the doctors when the current ones leave are beyond amazing and are so nice, but the staff at the front desk are the worst, takes sometimes 3 weeks just to get a simple appointment because they book up so fast not to mention how rude they are on the phone and in person sometimes i want to switch medical centres just so i dont have to deal with them anymore.

Dr. Martin has been my family doctor since we moved to London from Windsor in 1991. He has gone above and beyond for my family and has always been courteous and respectful. Every time I've needed to see him urgently they find the time. His nurse Joan is always a comfort as well.

Their staff is friendly and helpful. It's nice that they are open after hours and on Saturdays. I can usually get an appointment within a day or two.
But dr. Martin is absolutely terrible. He is arrogant and inattentive, often talking to his patients with a slight grin on his face. He is not my family doctor (fortunately) but i happened to see him a few times when my doctor was unavailable and each time i came out with a feeling that his manners as a doctor were inappropriate.
