I feel very fortunate to have been able to see Dr. Lau, at the Thompson Medical Centre Walk-In clinic yesterday. This is a busy clinic, but staff are very friendly – there is a positive team atmosphere. The layout of the clinic is attractive and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable chairs in the waiting room area - spotless throughout! I was apprehensive, as I have not previously relied on a walk-in clinic for primary medical care, but Dr. Lau was patient-focused, perceptive and very thorough. I have no hesitation in attending the TMC walk-in clinic until I am able to sign on with a family doctor. Thank you for your commitment to front-line healthcare.

Walk in on a busy Friday and to be seen within an hour made me feel very welcomed. The receptionist was extremely friendly and the doctor was the nicest one I have seen and made me feel very comfortable. Overall the atmosphere is the cleanest clinic I've been too in London. Only downfall they aren't accepting patients as everyone's roster is full, but I definitely will be using this clinic as my primary medical centre.

Perfect Experience. I called the clinic in the morning and the front desk told me the doctor will have one hour lunch break from 12 to 1, so I arrived at 12:58 and waited for less than two minutes to see the doctor. The front desk receptionist was very nice and the doctor was professional as well. The prescribed medicine he recommended was quite helpful. I will definitely recommend this walk-in clinic.

Brand new patient coming in for her first every appointment. Arrived 10 minutes late (got lost) and was fined a $50 late fee and was denied to even meet my new doctor. I understand that you gotta put late fees on things to help hold people accountable, but it was a terrible way to be "welcomed to the practice", especially for a 1st offense for a new patient! Staff was cold and and not understanding in the least. I paid the fine, asked them to remove me from their patients list and walked out.

Yes, this building is indeed beautiful to attract more clients, doctors are nice for sure but the front staff is very rude. Phone stays on hold for long time, then when they transfer calls gets disconnected, they gave us appointment to meet Dr. Goldie before clinic even started and appointment was like more than 4 months later, no one gave us a call or reminded and when we mentioned it we were given bad name for missing our appointment then we were given date for another doctor after 4 to 5 months...finally we got doctor Justin Lou, who is very nice doctor as well but this woman especially, named Deb from the very first day looks in wierd way, behaves like paranoid racist and biased...would keep doing little gestures of her in charge and then one another day when my husband was on phone and he talked to me to take my opinion, she mentioned we insulted her and our doctor told us if we behave this way again we will not be allowed to enter in the building so me and my kids discarded them after having them doctor for hardly two months...now we do not have family doctor again after a wait of nine months because of arrogant rude behaviour of staff...because they sit in nice building...I never heard ever in Canada you have to pay them a fee for having your own medical checkups, CT Scans, blood test reports...this is crazy....they want me to pay them for my own reports, even they are not willing to transfer my reports to next doctor. Shame on the name of clinic!
