Rooms were clean, you could not use the pool as it was so small but over clorinated that you could not stay in the room. This was not good for a group. Most places like this are welcoming of the business but they want no part of it. We were threatened to be kicked out while checking in. No free breakfast for kids if booked as a group even though you pay a premium. Over charged for a conference room that we could not use the tv for as the volume would not go over a whisper with the helpful response that they are all like that. Not again thanks.

It was stormy last night, and we needed a place to stop last minute with the pets. We are also hauling a uhaul trailer. The staff had a room for us, and after hearing about the hard day we had with the final packing, and leaving late, they upgraded us to a suite with a separate living room, in the corner of the hallway for privacy. The bed was comfortable, and we had a great night sleep!

Didn't stay at the hotel, just ate at the new iteration of the restaurant. The decor was still under construction (painting, cleanup ect) and the food was decent. It was over priced, however. We had a Greek quesadilla, a hamburger and 2 soft drinks which came to $41 + tip. Honestly, we could have gone to Kelsey's next door and had the same food for about 20-30% less. Was disappointed. Oh and they charge 2.49 for a slice of cheese.

This hotel has bed bugs. Management refuses to return calls. Husband had to be treated at a medical facility for bites he received all over his body. Be very careful when staying at this place.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites this past weekend and had a wonderful stay. The man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The thermostat we had in our room was very much appreciated. The bed was comfy and the duvet provided plenty of warmth. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself in London.
