Did exactly what they said they would do. Head gasket on my 08 Subaru Imprezza started leaking. The authorized repair shop called Lubrico and they said no problem. The head gasket and seals were fixed. Just like that!!! Very happy with Lubrico. I highly recomend them.

I can't say enough about how great these guys are. I've dealt with Lubrico on three occasions and every single time they have acted in the most professional and trustworthy manner. I will definitely be renewing our coverage when the time comes.

I had a problem with the alternator on my Mercedes and needed a place to take it. I called and was referred to Paul's Auto Care, a local shop that specializes in German vehicles by Dawn at Lubrico. I have never had such great service and care. This company made sure the car was perfect before leaving their shop and is now the only place I will take the car for any service. I also had a follow-up call from Dawn to make sure that the repairs were taken care of properly. Lubrico took all the stress and hassle of finding a shop and getting the car fixed away and made the whole episode an easy and problem-free experience (which is why I purchased the warranty in the first place). Thank you Lubrico........well done. M

I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation for the professionalism and helpfulness of the people that work at Lubrico and the company as a whole.
I would personally like to thank Adam at ext: 224. I have had some bad luck with my vehicle in regards to failing parts as well as a bad experience with one garage. Dealing with Adam from Lubrico was exactly what I needed.
I was stressing over the vehicle and wasn't sure when I would be able to drive it again. Adam was understanding and was able to reduce my stress level by suggesting a automotive repair shop near my residence that he advised would take care of me. I brought the car in on a Monday and got it back on Tuesday with the repairs completed properly by amazing people.
It was a pleasure dealing with Adam. He was very professional, knowledgeable, always returned my calls promptly, and answered all my questions putting my mind at ease. Buying Lubrico Warranty with the purchase of my vehicle was the best decision I made.
