Terrible Customer service, staff are rude and inconsistent. The only friendly person is the receptionist, Learn some manners when you pick up the phone, if you hate your Job, change your career. 0 star rating! Anita never seems to be in a good mood and is rude and unhelpful.

Have used May mcconville insurance for more than fourteen years and every time they have been really attentive and supportive with our claims. So far we have being lucky to have dealt with respectful and professional staffs over the phone and at their office location. Can be any more thankful to have a such company to trust when it comes to deal with home and vehicles claims. I can feel confident recommending May mcconville to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are the worst brokers in Ontario. They do not care for their customers nor do they try in any way to respond to numerous phone messages. They also failed to update our file so it showed to other insurance companies that we were driving without insurance for 6 months. They also failed to tell us our policy cancelled a month prior than our paperwork stated due to non renewal because as previously stated they do not contact their clients nor care in anyway about their clients needs. We were driving without insurance for 2 weeks without even realizing it until we started shopping around for different insurance. We only found out through our new insurance company that we were currently uninsured despite reaching out to our broker to inquire about upcoming insurance renewal. We are beyond disgusted. STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO GO ELSEWHERE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE GREATLY SORRY IF YOU DO. Considering reporting them to the better business Bureau. They should not be in business.

I cannot give less than one star so giving them one as they do not deserve even that. They never reply back to their clients' calls. If you talk to them on phone they will always provide you wrong information without even giving it second thought, never regretting about your sufferings but fighting back with bigger lies. When you start emailing them so to keep record they will not give you information as they lack it. Unworthy people hold the positions in this office who just to come to work for pay cheques and not serving the clients with honesty. They have nothing to do with their clients and their problems caused by them. If you talk to them always record their conversation and if you email, still cross check with their head office as they lack information. Disgusting Service! If you can get insurance somewhere else, get it! You will be total losers if you subscribe their service.
