There's always a big line up at this bank. 4/5 bank tellers are open 🤔😑 not all bank tellers are educated in what they are doing, they are always asking someone else for help. Hours of operation has got to be the worst by far, open until 5pm only from Monday - Wednesday not everyone has a 8-4 job. I would not recommend this Scotia bank at all or any scotia bank. To bad I can't rate this 0 star out of 5.

Lots of parking, usually pretty quick service, easy to get in and out of.

Staff is courteous and helpful. They do there best to get us in and out efficientely.

I have been with this bank for 25 years. The tellers are great but good luck getting a manager to call you back on the same day you call. Even their answering machine's brush you off. Fees are becoming excessive.
