My fiancé (now my husband) and I came to Chop the night we got engaged to celebrate!! We had an amazing time. We were very pleased with the interior, service, and food. The waitress was so kind and excited for us, and was celebrating with us! The food was honestly phenomenal. Everything was cooked to perfection. My husband and I WILL be back sometime for date night! Thanks, Chop!

Went to Chop for the second time to celebrate our anniversary. We both loved our meals (chicken taco app, Rib eye steaks, NY-style cheesecake and rum cake for dessert) the flavour and juicy cook on our rib eyes was perfect! All the food was delicious and our waitress was attentive and personable. We had a technical issue with our method of payment but the manager (mike?) was awesome at helping us sort it out! It isn’t often that restaurants have great service and patient managers that take the time to help work things out when, really, he could have just told us to forget it and use a different payment method. Very impressed! Will definitely be back :) thanks for making our anniversary dinner such an enjoyable experience! Side note: we love the great music they play at Chop! 😄

My wife and I were out on a date night for a nice meal and some time to ourselves. We were seated in a cozy booth and we had fun with our server. We have been to many restaurants in many cities, but we had never been to London's Chop. The food was good but, for $175 plus tip for two, we would hope for great. The thing that really missed the mark for a restaurant working to be high caliber, however, was the zero attention management brought to a concern we raised about a steak. This absence of customer focus is unheard of in a [successful] high end restaurant in my experience. Overall, the price level is not quite aligned with the actual experience. Not likely that we'll be back to Chop but glad we at least tried it.

Amazing experience in London. My fiancee and I booked a reservation for a Sunday night, but the dining room wasn't busy so they let us in and seated us right away. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, right from the first encounter with the gentleman that sat us to our waitress for the night, whom was always asking how things were and if she could get us anything. Not to mention the food, which was astonishing. We both ordered different types of steaks cooked differently, and they were cooked perfectly the first time out. We both got the "Chop experience" with our steaks, which was the best decision because it came with an extra side and a soup or salad to start with. Would recommend to everyone, whether they want a casual dining experience or a formal one. Chop provides an atmosphere and amazing food that suits whatever you desire.
