Ordered using the app and over an hour after submitting hadn't received the delivery (I also live quite close). I called the store to ensure the oder had been received and the guy who answered the phone snapped that I'd get my puzza soon. I finally got my pizza 40min after that, it was cold and my movie had finished. 1st and last time I'll order from them.

I've experienced nothing but great customer service at this location. My pizza is always ready on time, hot & delish. Jeff the manager does a great job!

I didn't mind the pizza, though it was a little bit expensive and is generally typical chain pizza.
