Emily makes my hair look great, which is saying something because I have an unruly rats nest. Chris the massage therapist has the hands of a Greek God and the other employees are so friendly and welcoming.

I went in to get highlights and ended getting the most amazing bleach and tone by Courtney ... she is so talented very good at blond ... no yellow and the cut was amazing ... if you
need an amazing stylist pick Courtney at black friars !!! 5 star all the way !!!

Zero stars. Terrible greedy spa so don't expect to relax. My wife got a gift certificate for Christmas and just came back in tears. I am not sure what kind of place lets their customer leave this unsatisfied? I am so angry I can not properly express myself. My wife booked a facial and was looking forward to it all week. She left me with our 7 month old daughter and next thing I know she is home early and in tears. ... What kind of a spa is this? She paid for a top tier facial due to the gift certificate (cash for certificate, not a bonus special or something) They overcharged her. They gave her a 30 min facial and she paid for a 70 min and when questioned, they said "sorry, there is nothing we can do" My wife is not one for confrontation, so she left... in tears.... So long story short.. if you are stressed in any way and expect a relaxing spa experience, go steam up your bathroom.. because that will provide you with more peace. Did I mention she has been looking forward to this all week.... I can not stress enough... DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE A BLEMISH TO LONDON.

This salon sells group passes at bridal shows that combined multiple services for one price, or they at least did at one point. I purchased 7 of them for $300 as a gift to the bride, bride's mother, bride's mother-in-law and wedding party I was apart of. I asked explicitly at the bridal show to three girls representing the salon if there would be any issues if a) we used the cards all together at the same time and b) if there were black out dates to use the cards during Christmas as that was the only time all 7 people would be in the city at the same time. Was told a well-assured 'no' to both questions. I called the Salon a few months later to book our sessions and spoke with the owner who was just beside himself that I would be told such 'incorrect' information. Asking me to tell him the names of the girls who sold me the cards because he was going to fire them. He huffed and puffed about the whole thing. I was so taken aback that this was how the owner of the salon was acting, it was embarrassing. Extremely unprofessional. Told him he was welcome to refund me the $300 if it was going to be such a troublesome situation - but he told me that couldn't be done. Yet when we're trying to work out a booking he kept insinuating that having all of us would take away chairs and services from other potential full paying clients. Well, which do you want? Why even sell the passes then? Nothing in the fine print of the passes said anything about dates and/or number of people using the passes at one time. We did nothing wrong except have faith in your salon to deliver on it's promoted service and your own staff told me what I was requesting would be fine.
