My first time here and it was so horrible. I made an appointment for 6:30 on a Thursday. The spa was pretty much empty. There were two individuals working, one I believe was the owner. They started giving me a pedicure, left 10 minutes in because they had a walk in. The owner told me I needed to wait. 15-20 minutes she came back to finish my pedicure.
For the next 1.5 hours I sat there and waited for her to do my nails. The owner would tell
Me to wait every 20-30 minutes all the while taking two walk in customers. At one point she came over and cut my nails all the way down so she could put the fake nails on but then left again. It was now 8:30 and I was extremely frustrated and tired. I picked up my stuff and told the owner I was paying for the pedicure and leaving, she kept telling me to come back the next day. I was going on vacation and my flight left in the morning. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service.
