Edit: After having my issue caringly rectified by the Salon I am writing a new review. The only negative to this Salon is the catty receptionist staff. My friend, another client here said the same thing about her 2 visits. Otherwise it's a nice salon with a good atmosphere. You won't be disappointed in going here. Jodi is wonderful and will rock your balayage needs.

Christopher was so welcoming, as I was a first time customer! I loved the way he cut my hair, I actually made an appointment to get highlights with him right after! But the best part is that there was no AWKWARD small talk like the usual hair dresser visit. Thanks for a great experience 😊

My favourite salon in whole London. I used to go at different salon until I started to see Christopher here. He is best hairdresser I've ever seen. He knows his job perfectly and he keeps his client happy by giving results what actually a client want. This is my personal experience as I had previously bad experience at Sami and Naji Salon regarding staff and lack of knowledge but here I found staff is smart enough.
Christopher has always given me best advice regarding my hair. I can clearly feel he doesn't do work only for money because when I used to go different salon they were always asking me to come for 3-4 sessions so they could earn more. On contrary, Christopher always finish in one sitting and I still get best result.
I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone who wants best hair in this world and would also say see Christopher for best results.

Brandy gave me a great haircut! She stayed extra long than the scheduled time to make sure my hair looked good. My hair was quite damaged when I got there. Thankyou!! I am at home and I love my hair !!

Let me start with saying: go see Chris!!!
From the initial phone call to book the appointment, to the reminder call the day before, to the thank you card I received in the mail, Salon Entrenous delivered a truly wonderful experience. Chris was recommended for the look I was going for and oh my goodness, I'm in love! He was patient, kind, and listened to my likes and dislikes, but also ensured my expectations were realistic. I can honestly say my hair has never looked so good! I am so very happy with his service and I will absolutely be back! Two notes: a) it is a little expensive, but as someone who has spent hundreds (read probably thousands) on bad hair cuts to fix the bad hair cuts, you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money, it is totally worth it. Finally b) They book in fast- in my opinion it's a sign of talented stylists when they are basically booked for a few weeks, having to book a month ahead was a slight nuisance at first but I totally get it! I've already booked in for October and you should too!
