Complete scam, stay very far away from the girl Yolanda. She will soak you for every dollar you have. Doesn't care about you at all and how the owners have her work there is highly questionable.

The environment and staff are very welcoming. I've been pleased with the weight loss program and found it more successful than other programs I've tried in the past. My coach Sarah is very encouraging, understanding, knowledgeable and very friendly. The videos they have for you to view are short but very interesting and help you learn many different things.

Their customer service is not the greatest. Super pushy sales lady that says to be a doctor. Not sure a doctor would sell you and offer you something that would not work for you. I am so , so disappointed with the results after having paid a large amount and seeing no results. I wasted all my money believing that they would do as promised. Terrible overall experience and super dissatisfied.

Warning!! These people are complete crooks. They will take your money, refuse to give you your procedure, then refuse to return your money. This is a fake medical clinic using webcam doctors instead of real doctors. Yes, I was shocked as well. Because of this, they will give you misleading diagnoses, assessments and then later retract what they first tried to sell you. I've been trying to get my refund for weeks but they will give you the endless runaround with various customer service hotlines and emails. Completely shady business practice. Check their BBB profile for yourself - 57 complaints and a 75% negative rating. BEWARE. I will be filing my own complaint to Ontario's business and medical boards.
