这是我在客户服务中遇到过的最糟糕的经历之一。我的兄弟从来没有遇到过使用这个服务的问题，所以当我在OC下周末去参加“Mommys Night Out”的时候，他向我推荐了这个服务。我们打电话给公司，他们向我们保证，一辆出租车将在35-45分钟内到达......正好45分钟，我接到调度员打来的电话，通知我他们不能派人出去。他们无法表达原因。他们不能。我问女孩为什么？她不能给我一个理由，因为她很抱歉。我问她为什么不能早点联系我，或者只是叫我把我的服务放在其他地方，而不是浪费时间，只是沉默而已。如果她能给我一个押韵或是一个什么样的理由，我会感觉到情况好转了。但在那个出租车公司，你不能派出一个出租车来解决你的错误！？！？！我已经向我的兄弟表达了这一点，他表示他与旧的管理和调度员有很大的关系，但是自从新的管理层介入以后，他认为事情已经发生了十变化，我不在乎原因是什么。这是蹩脚的客户服务。而我最终得到的是沉默。所以谢谢你浪费我的时间。

This was one of my worse experiences I've ever had in customer service. My brother has never had an issue using this service so he recommended them to me when I went down OC for a "Mommys Night Out" weekend. We called the company and they reassured us that a cab would be there in 35-45 mins... At exactly 45 mins I receive a phone call from the dispatcher informing me that they can't send anyone out. They couldn't express why. They just couldn't. I asked the girl why? She couldn't give me a reason just that she was sorry. I asked her why she couldn't have contacted me sooner or just told me to take my services else where instead of waste my time but nothing but silence on the other end. I would've felt remotely better about the situation if she could've given me a rhyme or a reason as to what the heck happened! But in that cab company you can't send one cab to fix your mistake!?!?! I have expressed this to my brother who stated he had a great rapport with the old management and dispatcher but he assumes things have changed ten since new management stepped in. I don't care what the reason is. This was crappy customer service. And all I got in the end was silence. So thanks for a waste of my time.
