Today, a blue and white cab almost ran me over when I was crossing the street on my green light. And then the driver started to yell profanities. Absolutely unprofessional! I would never want to get in a cab with such driver.

I called at 8:30am this morning and waited a half hour for nothing. They knew no cars were in the area and they made me wait for a half hour when they knew no cars were in the area. When I called back the operator spoken over me and was very rude. I froze outside for half hour for nothing. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional as ever. DON'T CALL THESE PEOPLE. THEY PROBABLY WON'T SHOW UP ANYWAYS. THEY THINK YOU OWE THEM SOMETHING WHEN YOU ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE.

1 star for unacceptable service. Besides the fact that half the time I'm in the cab the driver is touching me, his hand on my knee, giving me his personal phone number, asking intimate questions, takes way too long to get here. 20 minutes at 7am? Really? And I'm on a main road. Could have driven to my destination 5 times in that time. And 20 minutes at 9am as well. Really? Other taxi services have their cars parked in shopping mall parking lots waiting. I know it will take less than 4 minutes for them to arrive. Was only using blue & white taxi because their phone # is easy to remember but, looks like that's changing.
Oh & when I first moved here I took taxis a lot as I didn't know the city & didn't know how to get home. The driver would ask which route to take to which I answer "whichever is fastest, I'm new to the city". Took a few months for me to get to know my way around at which point I realized they had been taking a huge, huge loop, driving by 2 potential turn offs to get to my place, turning a 3 minute drive into a 7 minute drive.
Also not that you need anymore proof that this is not the company you want to use, but it would be very nice if the displaced waited until the customer said "thankyou" or "bye" before hanging up. I don't want to interrupt someone one speaking as that is rude but I like to get an estimated arrival time & it's hard to ask when they hang up as soon as they're done saying "it's on its way".

Unacceptable service. I had called filing a complaint for verbal abuse and theft on the Sunday. It is now Wednesday, and there is still no follow up on my complaint. This company does not take their complaints seriously. They do not have a supervisor or somebody of higher authority to manage these complaints. It's more of a hit or miss whether the supervisor will be in the office or not. The police will be contacted.
