Dr. Patel is the only vet who I trust with our dog's health. The folks at Pond Mills Animal Hospital are friendly, knowledgeable and best of all, truly caring. Each time I've been here I leave with a smile cause I'm reminded of how truly caring they are for their patients. I've recommended this place on multiple occasions and all of my friends who have been here will never go back. Do your pet a favour and bring them to Pond Mills Animal Hospital for the absolute best care imaginable.

I was fortunate enough several years ago, to be referred to this clinic through a co-worker. We had an emergency situation with our dog and Dr. Patel took us in at the last minute and stayed well past closing hours to thoroughly go over all of the issues, medications, tests and results that he performed. He took the absolute best care of her and us, including follow up calls to make sure she was doing ok. We are so grateful for his kindness and compassion every single visit, I've been to larger, more commercial type animal hospitals, as my dog is very high maintenance, and I have never received the level of care that this clinic gives. You couldn't pay me to go elsewhere. Highly recommend Dr Patel, highly!

Great clinic called on New Year's Day and they opened the office for us to bring in our sick yorkie. they really care and are very knowledgeable.

These guys ran unnecessary tests gave my dog the wrong diagnosis he had a abbess tooth the gave us the wrong antibiotics that didn't work and they still charged us 300 bucks and now I have to put down my dog because its too far gone and he's in too much pain. Thanks you bunch of morons. Do not go to these idiots.

Dr. Patel and his staff are professional, very friendly and take the time to talk to you. Unlike some vets, Dr. Patel will not treat you like an idiot. He explains everything, shares x-rays and lab results and tells you why he is recommending a treatment or medication. He is gentle with your pets and truly cares about their health. Highly recommended.
