The Vet Dr. Vieira is a super nice person and is very good to her patients. Staff is great too. She did surgery on my little guy after he broke his leg and did a great job.

Ridiculous and unacceptable wait times.
I came from 90 minutes away because I heard they're prices can't be beat... But I'm honestly not sure it's worth the savings. 1st time I came, they were over an hour behind. This time, I'm typing this review from the waiting room... My appointment time was 2 hours ago, and yet I'm still here. There is a total disrespect for the busy lives of their customers.
I did have my dog's surgery done here a few months ago, and their price was great and post surgery follow up was good too. That's why I gave 3 stars despite his upset I am right now.

Such am amazing and friendly staff. Always so helpful and accommodating to my little Donny!! They're very careful with my small dog and handle him accordingly. I recommend them to anyone!!

I've had a couple of encounters with staples animal clinic. Back in February time my puppy got Parvo, I brought her in and the blonde vet assistant with the tattooed arm was VERY disrespectful. She implied that it was my fault my puppy got parvo and that she was basically going to die! I was mortified by this behaviour of hers. I'm sitting there crying and she isn't telling me things I should of been doing to prevent it. NOT ACCEPTABLE! The second encounter was when my dog needed to be spayed, I was told the price was $150 for dogs that weighed 60lbs and an extra $10 for every pound they go over. I needed up paying $300! I would of went to Mathews animal clinic who's Cheaper if I knew I was going to pay that much. My dog also only weighed 80lbs. This place is ridiculous and the employees need to have a conversation with the owner about respect and common curtesy.

I used to come to Staples often after hearing how reasonable and good they are. I dealt with Dr. Staples many times and was very pleased with the service. I recently started seeing another vet (friend) who is a bit of a drive but has been helpful however, recently my dog came down with some type of infection or something in his eye and it has me very concerned. Dr. Veira was exceptional as I heard Dr. Staples had left so I was slightly concerned. She was so compassionate, professional and excellent with follow up and truly shows she cares for your pets. I would recommend her any day, she is a phenomenal veterinarian and an even better person and she's pretty cute too! ;) definitely a good place to bring your pets :)
