I had been here many yrs ago and at the time was very disappointed. This time we were so impressed with the service, treatment and respect from all staff. The Vet was so very helpful in providing us with the information we needed to make a very difficult decision. We can't thank them enough!!

My poor dog fell quite ill on a Sunday afternoon. Vomiting, bloody diarrhea, panting and she wouldn't eat or drink a thing. I had no choice but to call these guys. They were great, open 24/7 and they nursed my girl back to health from her gastroenteritis. They were very courteous and prompt, I never had to wait whether I was visiting her at 1am, calling the phone or asking questions. The vet was always on hand to answer questions. They were quite pricey but that is to be expected of a place that keeps it's doors open 24/7. They do require a deposit up front, we were fortunate enough that this wasn't a problem. I am thankful that these guys are here and would not hesitate to visit them again, gives peace of mind knowing that these guys are here to help if all else fails.

This place was Fantastic! Staff was awesome. The vets were really great. They take the time to sit down with you to make sure you understand what needs to happen next and your options. You are in control there with your wallet.

Wonderful, knowledgeable staff. We saw a vet neurologist for our dog. It was wonderful to not have to drive 2 hours to see a specialist for our daughters dog. Dr. DuCharmes was amazing with our dog, explained what was happening with him and what our options were for him. Becky the vet tech was awesome with him. While our dog was very sick and the outcome was not the best, their knowledge and compassion for our dog and us as a family was awesome. They are also great for emergency services as well. Thank you so much for helping us understand what was happening with him and helping him get stable and to improve. I could hug you both!

In appreciation for what happened to my dear beloved dog Rommel on Saturday where his final minutes were taken care of in a compassionate and friendly and caring people that made made me feel quite pleased. Our boy was almost 14 years old he couldn't walk and he had a bad episode that day. They rushed him into the room and we're on him giving him oxygen and the doctor came in right away everything went so quick they took care of him for the few minutes left of his life and I was very grateful they were so compassionate and understanding and let me be with me dear Rommel to the end of life. It was a difficult decision but the right one to make for my dear Rommel. I just wanted to thank everyone the receptionist the doctor the people that helped him in those final minutes thank you so much we appreciate the help and the caring that you provided on Saturday, August 26, 2017.
